The Vibe

The hospitality started off on a high note when the staff generously gave us two tables to accommodate the crew, making it look like a prime spot for local food recommendations. But hold onto your hats, because the front-of-house completely dropped the ball after that. The service turned into a chaotic circus: the wrong order came out of the kitchen, we had to manually hunt down the staff just to ask for our drinks, and the waiter completely fumbled the basic logistics of our order. Who only orders a single parm for a table of culinary experts? What am I, a bitch?

The Parm

When it comes to the meat itself, the kitchen fired back with a beautifully juicy chicken cutlet wrapped in a good, solid amount of cheese. The proteins are completely locked in, but the plating philosophy completely threw us off. The dish does not come with pasta natively. Having the pasta served entirely separate from the parm is simply not the ideal experience. A true parm town masterpiece requires the juicy chicken and the noodles to share the exact same stage.

The Highs and Lows

• The Positives:

  • The kitchen delivers spectacularly juicy chicken.

  • Loaded up with a good, satisfying amount of cheese.

  • The side pasta is solid and very tasty.

  • The team took care of us early by giving us two tables.

• The Negatives:

  • The parm does not come with pasta, which totally threw off the ideal equilibrium.

  • The table had to actively ask the staff for basic grated parm and red pepper flakes.

  • The waiter dropped the ball, brought out the wrong food, and forgot our drinks.

  • The meal is an absolute heavy brick that leaves you feeling a little too filling.

  • A bizarre identity crisis on the side: seriously, what is up with the random meat inside the long hot pepper?

Closing Thoughts

The Cannoli Trio has spoken! While Giuseppe & Sons brings a wonderfully juicy chicken and tasty pasta to the table, the fragmented presentation and total front-of-house fumbles mean this stop on the quest leaves us with some major question marks.
